Gorgeous 2B2B on 9th St

Looking for a Female Flatmate at 9th St

Hello, I’m a graduate student at Duke and my lovely flatmate is off home for the summer. I’m looking for someone (F) to fill in the second room in my apartment. The current lease is month to month through the...
summer, but option to renew is flexible.

📆 starting end of May

📍810 9th Street

🛏️The room comes with a spacious closet, bathroom with a bathtub, tons of counter space and storage and lots of direct natural light in the afternoon & evening.

🏡 The building is in a secure neighbourhood has a saltwater pool, recently renovated fitness center, common study spaces, free coffee & tea, and a parking garage. Most of the residents are graduate students and there’s an overall friendly environment in the community.

🏃‍♀️ The area is very walkable to grocery stores (Harris Teeter & Whole Foods), bunch of restaurants and a 5 min walk to East Campus.

🚍 There’s a Duke bus stop (H1 loop) right across the building and it’s a 5 min drive to Duke Hospital by car.

💸 : The rent is ~$1300 without utilities

💁‍♀️: I recently graduated from Duke and am currently job searching. When when not studying, I enjoy outdoor activities, going to a bar, travelling, watching movies and having a good conversation. I’m from India and have lived in Europe and now in the US for the past 3 years with people from different nationalities which makes me super flexible and always happy to learn more about different cultures.
