3B/3Bath Townhouse in the Forest, 6 mins from Duke

This bright, fully furnished two-story townhouse offers a comfortable and peaceful summer home just a 6-minute drive from Duke’s campus. The unit includes three available bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with a cozy living room (full couch and chair),... dining table with extra seating, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dishwasher. Bedrooms feature queen beds and ample closet space, and there is a large in-unit washer and dryer. Beautiful natural light fills the home, and you’ll have free parking spots right in front, all within a quiet, wooded community.

The neighborhood is equally convenient. You’re only a 3-minute drive from local favorites, cafés, and major shopping like Target and other stores. The sublease is available from early May through mid-August while I’m away for a summer internship.
