If you're an adult seeking a respectful, quiet, and safe living environment, I wouldn't recommend this place.
The Atmosphere is consistently loud, with frequent parties and immature, drunk, disruptive behavior from some of the student residents, making it feel more like a college dorm than a so-called luxury apartment building.
Unfortunately, the property manager shows little interest in enforcing rules or addressing ongoing issues. Raising concerns is often pointless and may only lead to... frustration or embarrassment, as you're unlikely to see any meaningful response.
