I can't say enough good things about this neighborhood - this... place was the perfect spot for me during my time at Duke, and I'm excited for someone else to enjoy it.

MOVE-IN DATE & LEASE LENGTH? Ideally mid-May thru early June. 12 month lease. WHAT ARE TENANTS RESPONSIBLE FOR? We are responsible for electric, internet, and water (covered in the figures quoted above), along with lawn care and pest control. DEPOSITS? A rental application is required with a one-time fee of $75, on which you will need to provide either 2 months' proof of income or an offer letter stating your proposed start date and income. You will also need to supply a refundable deposit totaling $616.67 and a non-refundable roommate change fee of $33.34. PET-FRIENDLY? Subject to landlord approval – large dogs have unfortunately not been approved historically, but smaller dogs and other pets might be acceptable. FURNISHED? Bedrooms are unfurnished. Living area and kitchen have some furnishings, but there is space for your belongings.
