My husband and I have been living here for almost three years. We have loved it! The management team is always happy to help with any questions or issues that arise. Maintenance requests are placed on their online portal and typically addressed the same day! I love having 24hr access to the gym. The pool is a great amenity in the summer and larger than most other apartment pools I’ve seen. It’s also within walking distance to downtown and ATC which we love. They also have not raised our rent... once! I would highly recommend Cortland Bull City!

I really enjoy living here! The front office staff is wonderful. I feel very secure in the building and garage and love being able to host events in the community spaces. The interior of the apartment is pretty nice and comparable to other buildings in Downtown Durham.
