Durham House on a Lake for Rent Starting July 1 (Possibly Sooner)

A beautiful 4BR/2.5 BA house on a lake in East Durham right by East Durham Regional Library. (For some reason, the website only populates with Old North Durham) Super safe and friendly neighborhood replete with a clubhouse and amenities (gym, outdoor... swimming pool, tennis/pickleball/basketball/volleyball courts). Master bedroom ensuite is downstairs. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom size room and two additional rooms. Full bathroom off the hallway.  Kitchen has access to the dining room, looks out to the lake and opens to living room.

The house is super spacious and furnished for the most part. You'll enjoy the view of the lake, dock, gas fireplace, the screened-in porch, the outdoor dining area and grill. As you can see from the photos, the house is light-filled and spacious. Services and places of interest are within a 15 minute driving radius (grocery store and library are within a 4 min drive).
