Fully Furnished 1B/1B Apt with Private Woods View (move in late April or mid-May)

Hi all, current Duke Law student here. I’m offering a lease takeover of my fully furnished 1B/1B apartment at Garrett West beginning in late April or mid-May. The lease can last as long as you’d like. My lease ends May 15, but I’m graduating and... don’t need my furniture - so you’d renew my lease beginning May 16, for any duration, and sign me off of it. I move out late April, so you could also move-in then.

- Top-floor apartment, with a private view out into the woods
- Fully furnished, including kitchen appliances + 50” TV + dining set
- Furniture/kitchen appliances are yours to own/keep
- Private screened-in balcony
- Pet-friendly
- In-unit laundry
- Gym/pool/dog park/kids’ playground onsite
- Free parking
- Quiet community/neighbors
- $1499/mo rent (excl. utilities) for 12-month lease
- Asking for some $ for the furniture (as I’d otherwise sell it), but open to waiving this dependent on demand

Please DM if interested!

*Also selling my 2013 car with <100k miles on it separately, if interested.
