Nice location and units are quite lovely. Could have more community events and some more amenities (like a cable machine in the gym), as well as more timely emails about the leasing office closing.

The apartment exceeded my expectations upon move-in in and I am so happy to live in a place that is clean and safe with great amenities. The staff at the front desk, as well as the maintenance, are great at handling issues or any problems that arise. Overall, I am excited to live here for the next two years and I am happy with my apartment as a whole!

The apartments are spacious and have large windows, the appliances are good, there are elevators in all buildings and there is controlled access to each building.

Going to Duke, this is a great place to live. Right on the bus line, as well as within walking distance to campus. A lot of friendly dogs live here, which is nice. Apartments are well-maintained. Only improvements are with noisy neighbors and better communication from the office staff.
