- Beautiful, newly constructed
- Excellent management; friendly, highly responsive, and very accommodating
- Maintenance staff are professional and courteous, not to mention fast
- Generally quiet; occasional loud motorcycle or driver that considers mufflers to be optional
- Construction is ongoing but negligibly disruptive
- Residential parking in Chapel Hill has never been easier
- Good soundproofing, you won't hear Alexa from the hallway unless she's on volume 8+
- Since units are new,... recommend wiping down all surfaces when moving in, especially high shelves
