We moved to One City Center about 6 weeks ago from out of state. So far, we're very happy with our choice of locations. OCC is right in the center of downtown, the absolute best location for walking to bars, restaurants, the DPAC, etc. Our place is well maintained and the building has great staff who are responsive to tenants' needs. The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues that arise. The building is very pet friendly and the dog run on the 6th floor is useful. I do wish there was... an easier way to meet fellow tenants. The internal tenant portal doesn't seem to be used much, so perhaps a Facebook or Instagram group page would be used more? All in all, we're happy with our choice and love being in the middle of vibrant Downtown Durham at OCC>
