Room avaliable in new development Crowne 501, right between CH and Durham

Crowne at 501 is a fairly new development with plenty of community space including a gym, community room, outdoor grills, hammocks, etc. as well as a rooftop pool with grills and fireplace where you can see both Duke Chapel's spire and the Chapel... Hill water tower.

The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with 1 bedroom being available to rent. The bathroom is shared with 1 other bedroom, and has a door connected to the room for rent. There is also a spacious closet. The rest of the apartment is quite open with a very large deck.

My roommates and I have lived here a year already and really loved it. One roommate is leaving so we would like a replacement and are not picky. Reach out with any questions. My roommate who is staying and I are both Wake Forest graduates and are now doing chemistry at Duke.
