This is a beautifully renovated 3bedroom/ 3bathroom ground floor unit at Partners Place Condominiums at Durham, NC. Each room is spacious and so are the living and dining areas. There is even a well lit sun room. In-unit washer and dryer and parking... spots. Wifi is included.

Two bedrooms will be rented at $750 per room and one bigger bedroom at $785 per month All rooms have private full bathroom. Rent excludes utilities. Get first month rent free if lease start date is by 1 May 2025. Lease term runs till 31 July 2026.

Easy to get to Duke, 10 minutes away by bus - bus stops for LL, LH and 11B right in front of the condo. If you drive, there is ample parking on the condo facility.

One month security deposit is due upon lease signing. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants are responsible for utilities including electric water/sewer, and trash. No smoking or pets are allowed.
