Beautiful New Townhome Near Duke Regional

You will love this newly-built townhome within walking distance of a bus route, only 0.2 miles away from parking, and only 15 minutes away from campus. It is near many grocery stores, libraries, and Duke Regional Hospital. This is a shared house with... myself and one other female Duke grad student. You have your own room, a shared bathroom, and a large kitchen, living room, and patio. Rent is $775 per month and includes all utilities, wifi, and cable. As far as housemates go, I'm an incoming grad student at Duke that is clean and quiet, and I spend most of my time at school/work or at whatever church I end up serving at. Move-in is August or September! I'll be in the area on August 16th, but if you need to move in a week or two early/late, that is completely doable. Please let me know if you are at all interested!
