Landlady (95 years old) lives on property and may require some assistance with household maintenance, occasional transport and other support due to her cognitive and physical decline. Town bus stop directly in front of property, car available on emergency basis. Prefer male tenant who will be able to stay overnight consistently, as landlady is fearful of being alone in the house at night (reason for low rent), though very occasional short-term absences are OK (a family friend is usually available as a backup).
