Just had to say it again. We could not have chosen a better place to move to after selling our home and leaving California. The apartment, amenities and staff/team are all great. This feels like home, and we appreciate it. We haven’t found any downsides to living here.

I have not had safe access to facilities that I have paid for (gym and lobby most specifically). Additionally we have had repeated issues with Trash Butler canceling or simply not picking up our trash but we were not offered any type of refund for days we paid for but did not receive service. Additional concerns, those are the two biggest problems however. Would not recommend.

The apartment made promises they haven’t kept from day one. Additionally, I pay for services that aren’t always available or provided as promised (Trash Butler, gym, lobby, pool area). No refund has been offered for lack of completion of service days or availability of areas we don’t have access to.
If masks are important to you, I would caution to watch people entering/leaving to see how many are without. Additionally, note if you see notices in various areas of the property and if they review... mandates requirements during the tour process.
FYI: Bell Chapel Hill (formerly known as The Elliott) changed ownership and names, like some other apartments in the area - which is a red flag when you notice how those others have managed their properties and changed owners/management repeatedly.

I have lived at this property for almost a full year. Here are the top reasons you should move to Bell Chapel Hill:
1) Karen, the property manager, does her job with strength and grace. If you told me she lived at the office, I would believe you. During a recent snowstorm, I witnessed Karen and her husband come to the building outside of business hours. Her husband not only shoveled snow before the snow plow crew arrived, but also brought coffees for when they arrived.
2) Avery in the leasing... office puts a positive spin on any situation. His whimsical emails to the community make us all laugh and keep things in perspective.
3) Matthew in the leasing office is hands down the friendliest human I have ever met. He is always smiling and beyond helpful.
4) Jacob & Caleb in maintenance are a powerhouse duo. I have lived here for 11 months and have only had to reach out to them once. They were prompt and professional. I have seen them put the needs of my neighbors before their own countless times.
5) I moved here with safety and community in mind. Having a secure parking deck and building eases my mind as a young single woman.
6) The amenities are the icing on the cake that is Bell Chapel Hill. I get so many compliments from coworkers on Zoom calls on the beautiful surroundings in the clubhouse. I enjoyed the pool every single day this summer and it brought together an incredible group of residents that are now some of my closest friends. I witness residents help each other out often, whether that be taking a neighbor's dog for a walk or teaching someone how to use the printer or conference room tv.
7) Living at Bell Chapel Hill feels like living with a big family. On Thanksgiving, one apartment put a note with their phone number for anyone alone that holiday offering to deliver a dinner to their door. That blew me away!
I have renewed my lease because this place is more than an apartment ... it truly has become a safe, friendly home for me and I cannot imagine living elsewhere.

The Elliott is an exceptionally well-designed and executed community. The high ceilings, great finishes, amenities, and onsite storage availability have made The Elliott a great choice for us "downsizers". The walkability of the community, set on Booker Creek Basin Park, reminds us of living in Europe. Top all this off with a very professional and responsive management team - so lucky to have gotten here early!
