- 5-minute drive to Home Depot, Walmart, Marshalls, PetSmart.
- 15-minute drive to Duke Science Drive parking lot, Li Ming’s (Asian grocery store), Whole Foods, Wegmans, UNC, and gas stations.
- 30-minute drive to Raleigh International Airport and Amtrak station.
- The property offers package lockers ($10 one-time fee), and supposedly has a pool, fitness center, car wash area, and on-site maintenance, but I haven’t checked the pricing.
- Includes washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, etc.
- Free parking.
- Pet policy: $50 monthly pet rent, $300 one-time fee, max 2 pets.
