There's a half bath downstairs for guests.

3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome. Quiet neighborhood. Shops and food close by.
Downstairs has vaulted ceilings, hardwood, big windows, built-in
bookshelves, and a kitchen with a gas stove and bar seating.

COST
$937.50/month
Utilities about $210, split by category so it stays predictable

DATES
Move in late October or early November
Lease runs through early June — about 7 months

WHO YOU'D LIVE WITH
One roommate. She works in biotech, is outdoorsy, and is out doing
things most of the time. Easy to live with. Friendly but not in your
business.

She has a cat, Kiwi. Shy for a week, then very friendly.

NO ADDITIONAL PETS — Kiwi is staying and the house can't take another
one. Sorry.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Respectful of shared space. Says something when there's a problem
instead of letting it build. Low drama house and we'd like to keep it
that way.
