More lighting is needed and with the amount of the rent there should be cameras around. There have been break-ins and theft of cars.

So far so good I don’t care for the parking, situation, bugs or the exterior smelling and looking unclean but outside of that it’s quiet and safe feeling community I’ve only been here a couple weeks only time will tell.

The community is doing really well at revamping itself. They are fixing roofs, working on the swimming pool and getting to maintenance request quickly. The staff in the rental office are friendly and quick to respond to request/complaints. There was a food truck Friday which was nice. No complaints other than not getting a mailbox key.
