Abusive Move Out Charges
I lived here for two years. I had my bike damaged in the garage and leasing office didn’t provide any help. I have one friend that got stuck in the elevator for 2 and a half hours, and they threatened to charge her for maintenance during the weekend. The parking lot entrance is always malfunctioning and people have to leave their cars. You can find bugs every once in a while. They had a major invasion in the parking lot and several bikes got stolen, but their system deleted the footage after 7 days. The ceiling is super noisy, you can hear everything happening on the floors above you. They charged everyone abusive move out charges so they could make some extra. They offered hoodies in exchange for positive reviews on Google. They never change the water filters on common areas. The staircases are always filthy. There is a coffee cup from QT in the parking lot that is celebrating its 2 year birthday because common spaces are never cleaned. They charged abusive fees to everyone who left even the ones who paid the hassle free fee.

Everything is amazing, love the new home, location, maintenance of the building, gym, work/study rooms, coffee etc..everything. Only suggestion is to streamline trash cleaning/collection as it keeps smelling bad from time to time.

Generally great place! The homes are nice and the maintenance is very attentive. Some minor cleanness and fine details fall short, but it hasn't swayed my enjoyment of living here.
